High Wire Distilling Co. is a distillery in downtown Charleston, South Carolina, founded in 2013. It makes whiskeys, gin, amaro and vodka from heritage grains sourced from South Carolina farms, with milling, mashing, distillation and barrel aging all done on site. Its flagship is a bourbon made from Jimmy Red corn, with additional rye whiskey and cask-finished expressions in its range.
