Tall Texan Distilling is a sotol distillery based in Sanderson, Texas, in the Chihuahuan Desert. Alongside its own sotol made from wild-grown Dasylirion Texanum, it runs a Heritage Collection of spirits imported from Mexico, including sotol, mezcal, bacanora and raicilla. The company operates a tasting room and invites visitors to the Sanderson site.
