Thornhill Farm

Thornhill Farm is a Vermont farm growing winter rye, barley and legumes, with some land used for elderberries and honey bees. Its barley is smoked on the farm and milled into flour that is used to make a smoky rye whiskey at a distillery, which is shared with local bakeries and co-ops. The farm also supplies elderberries to a Vermont brewery and a Virginia meadery.
