Eight Shires Brands

Eight Shires is a small craft distillery in Williamsburg, Virginia, that researches and reproduces spirits from the Colonial American period (1578–1797). It makes its spirits by hand using historic recipes and ingredients, and it operates a tasting room and museum on site.
