Spirit Of The Hive

Spirit of the Hive is a farm-based distillery in Washington's North Cascade Mountains that distills honey wine into spirits rather than using grain, grapes or corn. Its range includes absinthe, gin, honey shine, liqueurs, whiskey and beeswax candles, along with gifts and accessories. The company tends honeybees across several farm sites and grows botanicals on its own land.
