LOMU RHUM is an artisanal rum distillery based in Wallis, in the Pacific, drawing on the islands of Wallis and Futuna. It produces a white rum, an aged amber rum that matures in casks, and fruit-and-spice macerated rums ("arrangés") made from its white rum.
