Nine Rivers Distillery (Cooperage Division)

Nine Rivers Distillery is a multi-category distillery in the mountains of Longyan, Fujian, China, about 90 minutes north of Xiamen. The company crafts vodka, gin, rum and whisky, and uses water from natural mountain springs and surrounding woodland. The site emphasises energy-saving practices such as heat pumps, heat recovery and recycling of waste into animal feed and fertiliser.
