FALK Bornholm is a small liqueur workshop in Nexø on the Danish island of Bornholm. It makes handcrafted liqueurs, honey mead and vodka in small batches of up to 440 bottles, using foraged and hand-picked local fruit, berries, herbs and nuts that macerate in spirit for long periods. The company was registered in summer 2020 and sells directly from its workshop.
