Sams Island Distillery is a small, family-run distillery on the Danish island of Samsø. It makes gin, rum, liqueur, vodka, whisky and aquavit using local botanicals and ingredients from the island's nature, and it offers a coffee licorice liqueur, a sweet vermouth and a gin in a cardboard bottle.
