Distillerie Ergaster

Distillerie Ergaster is an artisanal distillery in Passel, in the Hauts-de-France region of northern France. It makes organic whisky, pure malt and gin, distilled in a copper pot still. Barley is locally sourced and used as the only grain for its whisky and malts.
