Biohof Schmidt GbR

Biohof Schmidt is an organic farm in Mittelehrenbach in the Fränkische Schweiz region of Germany, operated by a family that has farmed there for generations and converted to organic farming in 1995. The farm grows apples, cherries, plums, mirabelles, pears, quinces and walnuts, and makes fruit brandies and other fruit products, including fresh apple juice. It takes part in the regional open-distillery day, where visitors can see a live distilling demonstration.
