Brauerei Gasthaus Seitz (Elch-Bräu)

Elch-Bräu is a Franconian brewery in Thuisbrunn, in the Fränkische Schweiz region of Germany, operating from a historic inn site where brewing has taken place since the 16th century. The brewery was revived in 2007 and produces Franconian beer specialities, which it sells at the brewery and through an online shop.
