Hofbrennerei Markert is a farm distillery in Gallmersgarten-Mörlbach, Germany, that has operated a fruit distillery since 1997 on a farm first bought in 1913. It makes fine spirits and brandies from ripe fruit, mostly sourced from regional orchard meadows. Its products include barrique-aged brandies, varietal brandies, liqueurs and a Jerusalem artichoke brandy that won a gold medal in 2016.
