Brennerei Erlwein is a fruit spirits distillery in Hundsboden near Egloffstein in the Fränkische Schweiz region of Germany. It produces fruit brandies (Edelbrände), a sparkling apple wine made by the traditional method, fruit spreads, and mulled wine, and sells them through an on-site shop and tasting room. The business also runs holiday apartments and sells bread baked in a wood-fired oven.
