About

Stählemühle is a fruit distillery in the Hegau region of Germany that makes fruit spirits from its own orchards, operating under an old distilling licence dating to the mid-19th century. The website states the commercial business has since closed permanently, and the owners now distil only for personal use and research, with the spirits no longer for sale.
