Mavromatis Kumquat Distillery

Mavromatis Kumquat is a family-run factory on Corfu, Greece, founded in 1965, that processes and bottles kumquat into liqueurs and sweets. Its production line reportedly reaches one million bottles and fifty tonnes of kumquat in jams and sweets. The company also makes ouzo, brandy and about twenty other fruit-flavoured liqueurs.
