Vantana Distillery (Tzoudas Bros & Co. G.P.)

Vantana Distillery is a Greek producer of traditional spirits, making ouzo, tsipouro, mastic, tentoura, brandy and liqueurs such as Mavrodaphne and Muscat of Patras. It says the distillation is slow, sometimes up to 12 hours, and that only the central 'heart' of the distillate is kept.
