Yuet Wo is a Hong Kong sauce and condiment brand founded in 1945, producing soy sauce, rice wine, vinegar and other seasonings using traditional natural sun-drying methods. The company says it runs the only in-house steaming and brewing room among Hong Kong sauce makers, and operates a factory in Sheung Shui with a shop in Tsuen Wan.
