The Connacht Distillery

Ballina Whiskey is a craft distillery in Ballina, County Mayo, on the west coast of Ireland, opened in 2015. The site says it mills, mashes, ferments, distils, matures and bottles all on site, using Irish malted barley. Its signature single malt expressions are called Dúbailte and Triarach, and the company also offers distillery tours.
