Caviro is a large Italian wine cooperative based in Faenza, in the Emilia-Romagna region, founded in 1966 to process the grapes of its member growers. It produces and sells Italian wines (IGT, DOC and DOCG) through its group companies, and turns winemaking by-products into ingredients, renewable energy and soil nutrients. It exports to over 90 countries.
