Distilleria Beniamino Maschio

Beniamino Maschio is a family-owned Italian distillery making grappa, along with amari, gin, vodka and spritz-style drinks. It uses a steam distillation setup and small alembic stills for gin, and ages spirits in a humid warehouse built in 1964 using French and Slavonian oak barrels and large vats. The company also describes solar power and biomass energy from distillation residues as part of its sustainability approach.
