About

Distilleria Dellavalle is a grappa producer based in Vigliano d'Asti, Italy, founded in 1983. It distils grappa from fresh pomace in a batch bain-marie still and sells its spirits, including a range of Piedmontese and non-regional grappas, aged grappas and botanical versions, online and through tastings at the distillery. Its signature practice is ageing grappa, including a Barbera grappa aged for ten years in barrels previously used for other wines and spirits.
