Knöspele is a family-run farm in the Kranebitt district of Brixen, South Tyrol, Italy, combining a distillery with holiday apartments. It grows its own fruit and grapes and produces eaux-de-vie, wines, gin, fruit juices and liqueurs on site. The distillery is described as the first closed-type (Verschlussbrennerei) distillery in the Eisacktal.
