L'Ònes is a small artisan workshop in the old hay barn of Panchiá, in Val di Fiemme in the Dolomites of Trentino-Alto Adige, Italy. It produces traditional natural infusions made from Trentino grappa, flavoured with local botanicals such as mountain herbs, pine, gentian and wild berries. The range also includes a cider-based spirit and a sherry-style product.
