Perdomini-IOC is the Italian arm of the Institut Oenologique de Champagne group and supplies the wine sector. It produces and distributes winemaking products such as yeasts, fermentation aids, fining agents, enzymes, tannins and filtration and cleaning systems, with technical support for wineries. Its offer also extends to food-industry uses of its filtration and cleaning products.
