Prolijo is a small-batch tequila producer operating from Tequilera Ríos (NOM-1626) in Santa María del Oro, Nayarit, Mexico. It makes tequila from Tequilana Weber blue agave, which is roasted in a stone brick oven, crushed with a volcanic stone tahona, fermented openly with wild agave yeast, and distilled twice in a stainless steel pot still. The brand says its tequila is additive-free and comes in at 43% ABV.
