Mezcal Villasuso

Mezcal Villasuso is a mezcal producer based in the Valley of San Francisco, Guanajuato, Mexico. It makes mezcal from Salmiana agave using a stone oven steaming process, a stone mill, wooden fermentation barrels and copper pot stills, all done by hand. The company traces its roots to a founder who ran a hacienda's mezcal production before opening his own distilleries.
