Tequilería Trujillo (NOM 1634)

Tequila Trujillo is a Mexican tequila producer in the Los Altos de Jalisco region, where it grows its own agave in Capilla de Guadalupe. It makes Blanco tequilas, including what it describes as a crystal-clear blanco style, and has also supplied agave to other tequila brands. The text indicates production involves brick-oven cooking, extraction, fermentation and distillation in copper stills.
