Ron del Barrilito is a Puerto Rican rum producer that makes its rums by hand in small batches, using methods it says date to 1880. The rums are aged in certified Spanish white oak sherry barrels and offered in several aged expressions, including ones aged in Oloroso sherry casks. The website also offers tours and a store locator.
