Pálenica Čab

Pálenica Čab is a newly opened grower's distillery in Slovakia that makes fruit spirits. It uses a single-pot copper still with a 300-litre capacity and states that the copper's catalytic effect helps shape the aroma of the final distillate. The site also publishes the operating rules for the distillery.
