Žganjekuha Kneja (Kmetija Knešak)

Kmetija Knešak, locally known as Kneja, is a farm in Šmohor, Slovenia, where the Žganjekuha Kneja distillery makes traditional fruit brandies. The farm grows old local varieties of fruit trees in orchards surrounded by mixed forest. Its range includes apple, pear and plum brandies made from hand-picked fruit and aged using a traditional method.
