Hong Shing Winery is a Taiwanese producer that makes spirits from local Taiwanese fruit and agricultural raw materials, such as lychee, red sugarcane and lemons. The company also designs and builds its own distilling and brewing equipment, including continuous and batch column stills and a labelling machine. Its products include fruit liqueurs, rums and gins, and its spirits have won several international competition awards.
