Wu-Feng Farmer's Association Distillery

This is the winery arm of the Wufeng District Farmers' Association in Taichung, Taiwan, housed in a converted century-old grain storage building. It makes sake from locally grown Taiwanese rice combined with mountain spring water from Puli, and also produces plum wine, citrus and honey liqueurs, and shochu-based drinks. The site also offers tasting sessions, a sake tasting classroom, and hands-on rice-cake activities.
