Genkai Shuzo Co., Ltd.

Genkai Shuzo is a shochu producer on Iki island in Nagasaki Prefecture, Japan. It makes barley shochu under the Iki brand, including versions aged in white oak barrels and some developed with a major Tokyo department store. The company sells its products in Japan and overseas and says it still follows the island's traditional production methods.
