Iki no Hana Co., Ltd. (株式会社壱岐の華)

Iki no Hana Co., Ltd. is a Japanese shochu maker on Iki Island in Nagasaki Prefecture, producing barley (mugi) shochu under the Iki no Hana brand. The company has offices in Fukuoka and Osaka, and its site describes its founding in 1981 as a corporation, a history of shochu production dating back to 1900, and its own visitor shop and factory tours.
